Attached to the villa there is a DEPENDANCE with double bedroom, bathroom, living room/kitchen with double sofa bed, balcony overlooking the lake where you can eat.

Equipped with a convenient garage for mountain bikes and road cycling and, why not? for windsurfing and wing foil equipment. Large fenced area for parking. You can start directly from the villa for walks or mountain/road bike rides. Perfect for dinners: there is a large outdoor barbecue and it has a large room, furnished with a large dining table. There is also a small space with aromatic plants.
